Let’s Net training aims at preparing humanitarian workers to respond more efficiently in emergencies by deploying, running and supporting the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Data and Voice services.

During 2024’s edition, held in Remich (Luxembourg) from 19th of April to 3rd of May, the 16 participants, from 6 different ETC member organizations, were familiarised with the equipment, improved not only their technical but also their soft skills, and learned to work better as a team.
The training is completed by the visit of the Schengen Museum and the SES Betzdorf facilities.

This intensive 10 day training was jointly organized by the World Food Programme, emergency.lu and Ericsson Response.
