From November 2012 until April 2015, one emergency.lu regular kit was deployed in Dadeldhura, Nepal. The system was providing internet connectivity to a WFP field office.

Over 226,559 Nigerians had been forced to flee their home country by the end of July 2018, seeking refuge in Chad, Cameroon and Niger. Chad currently hosts more than 10,300 Nigerian refugees. Building on the shared accomplishment of the Diffa connectivity project, UNHCR requested emergency.lu support for its operations in Baga-Sola.
On 10 November 2013, two emergency.lu rapid deployment kits, together with 4 VSAT experts from the Luxembourg Civil Protection, were deployed to the Philippines within the framework of an IHP support mission to UNDAC/OCHA. One additional emergency.lu rapid deployment kit and one regular kit were sent from the Humanitarian Response Depot in Dubai to the Philippines in support of the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC).
