The ETC Operations Course is a three-day training course which is directed towards Humanitarian responders who are likely to deploy with the ETC or as part of other inter-agency ICT emergency responses.

Hosted by the Government of Luxembourg, from the 27th of November to the 30th of November, the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Operations Course took place @ CEFOS in Remich, Luxembourg. In the course the 20 participants from 4 organizations and 15 different Countries were educated on the various aspects of Operations including Preparedness as well as Responsiveness to insure an effective humanitarian action.
