Let’s Net training aims at preparing humanitarian workers to respond more efficiently in emergencies by deploying, running and supporting the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) Data and Voice services.
During 2019’s edition, held in Lipperscheid, Luxembourg, the 16 participants, representing 14 countries, from 6 different ETC member organisations, were familiarised with the equipment, improved not only their technical but also their soft skills, and learned to work better as a team.
This intensive 10 day training was jointly organized by the World Food Programme, emergency.lu and Ericsson Response.
